KAIZEN was initially founded to provide military veterans with this special service. We now make it available to a discerning few to continue supplementing the cost of serving veterans free of charge. Please keep in mind that there is always a waiting list, but we do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. 

Each meditation includes the following:
